Covid-19 Update

Our priority through this unprecedented time of uncertainty remains the safety and wellbeing of our staff, our members and our wider community.

Our offices are closed, but the Investor Forum remains very much open for business. While we are working remotely, our focus on protecting, sustaining and enhancing value for the long-term is more important than ever. The team continue to work on engagements, white papers and Stewardship 360 projects. We have also written to UK Company Boards (view letter here).

To adapt to remote working we:

  • Have launched a new series of Four O’clock Forums – weekly video meetings to enhance our dialogue with Members with an opportunity to share insights, discuss topical issues and hear from expert speakers
  • Will publish a range of materials for members and wider stakeholders on our website during Q2.
  • Continue to support Member stewardship and engagement priorities so please do continue to raise issues with us.

At a time when resources are stretched, please do let us know what we can do to help you. Above all, we hope that you all remain safe and healthy through this extraordinary period of turbulence, and we look forward to continuing to work with you.
