The Forum is not intended to be a means of facilitating the exchange of inside or competitively sensitive information.
The Forum has implemented and maintains policies and procedures in relation to the identification and, where appropriate, acceptance and handling of inside information and other confidential information.
These policies and procedures have been implemented in order to seek to prevent breaches of applicable law and regulation and to avoid the inappropriate use of any information obtained in the course of the Forum’s activities.
Participation in an Engagement will not exempt any person from any law or regulation governing either inside or competitively sensitive information.
The Forum has developed its processes, policies and procedures in light of the applicable compliance regime under UK and EU MAR and relevant competition law and regulation.
