The Takeover Panel (the “Panel”) is an independent, self-funding body which regulates takeovers of companies that are subject to the UK City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the “Code”).
The Forum has adopted procedures intended to provide an environment where Members can feel comfortable collectively engaging with other Members and Companies without triggering any acting in concert provisions of the Code.
